Except it was last weekend, ahahaha...8D; I'm late. Oh well. .3.

Friday: Pretty much rocked. Went straight from an anime club meeting to the con. <3 Of course, me, being the idiot I am, didn't finish my costume in time...I was expecting a long car ride and figured I could work on it on the way, but I started getting nauseous after a few minutes of sewing, so I had to stop. 8C We sat right outside the hotel for about 45 minutes while I finished my cosplay. xD

I was Haruhi Suzumiya from...well, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. The cosplay was surprisingly well-received despite it being so crappy. C8 The dealer's room was already closed by the time we got there, so I didn't buy much. Just a few prints from Artist Alley.

Some of my favorite moments were meeting an Edgeworth with an "Objection!"/"Hold it!" sign. He recognized me and called me his hero. 8D *EGO* And when me and my friend were sitting by the wall doodling, a Riza (I believe she was Riza, anyways...8C) cosplayer walked by and went, "Oh my God, it's God!" 8DDD *EGOEGOEGO*

...Plus, the second I walked out of the bathroom after changing into my cosplay, a random Naruto rushed up and asked if she could keep me...x3

Right before we left, I started a small Hare Hare Yukai epidemic when a girl hanging with the Ouran cosplayers asked me to do the dance. C8 Then their Tamaki joined...and so did the girl who asked...and someone cosplaying someone from Naruto...and, gah, one more person. ;__; So, we had all five. Much fun. C8 I wish I had a dollar for every time I did Hare Hare Yukai that day. Could've bought myself another wallscroll. 8c

Saturday: Very eventful. After a delicious breakfast, we hit the con relatively early...for me, anyways. o3o; I fail at getting up early.

Anyways. I started out with $175 that day...at the end, I believe I had $16. D8 The siren call of Haruhi merchandise ensnared me...plus those dealers know a sucker when they see one. Pranced around as Haruhi again, hugged a bunch of people, became paparazzi!Haruhi, and I spazzled over the ONLY. ENMA. AI. COSPLAYER. Seriously. I hugged her a billion times. 8C It only just now occured to me that I may have been a little stalker-ish. OH WELL.

Sat in line for the Masquerade for, like...ever. 8C It got delayed for...I dunno. An hour or something. ;__; It was almost not worth it. Too many walk-on cosplays and not enough skits. ;^; (Though the cosplays were most definitely beautiful <3333) KUNOICHI CELL BLOCK TANGO. WINx7432985732957293~~ <333 It was MADE of pure win.
